I still see myself as a new legal worker. I was hired as the LO Coordinator in October, so it will be a year shortly. I feel like there is still so much to and have been trying to keep up during this time of uprising. Things I would love to talk to others about are:
1. supporting LOs in self-care, and making sure they feel appreciated
2. Lead LO trainings
3. Supporting organizers in a space of high demand and sometime rapid response
4. building out systems that a structured and flexible (resilient)
5. Getting to know folks in others places - so just saying hello and casual conversation is great toooo :-)
